Courtly is a court discovery service operated by Field Tech Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. We help you find and access racket sport courts across London. When we say "Courtly", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Field Tech Ltd.

Courtly is a discovery platform. When you tap "Where to Book" or follow a link to a court provider — such as ClubSpark, Better, Everyone Active, or any other operator — you leave Courtly and are subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms of service.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, or content of any third-party website or booking platform. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

The Courtly website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g. session management). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings in your browser at any time.

Courtly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify account holders by email. Continued use of Courtly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
